Imam Mohammad Baqir (AS): Anyone who does not accept the wilayat of Imam Ali(AS) , there is no good deed for him whether he pray namaz or commit adultery.

Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) -
One who finds fault in cursing the one who is cursed by Allah then upon him is the curse of Allah.

Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) said:
"Whoso ever sits with a person who puts flaws on Us, or praises the one who lowers Us, or continues relation with the one who has cut relations with Us, or cuts relation with the one who has relation with Us, or befriends Our enemies, or has enmity with Our friends then verily he has denied (done Kufr) the one (Allah) who has reveled the Seven-repeated verses (Al-Hamd) and the Holy Quran.
The Greatest Amr bil Ma'roof is the Wilayah of Imam Ali (as) ~
Below is from the sermon of Ghadir:
ألا و إن رأس الأمر بالمعروف و النهي عن المنكر أن تنتهوا إلى قولي و تبلغوه من لم يحضر، و تأمروه بقبوله، و تنهوه عن مخالفته، فإنه أمر من الله عز و جل و مني معا، و لا أمر بمعروف و لا نهي عن منكر إلا مع إمام
"Behold! The greatest case (chief/leader/head) of enjoining righteous deeds (Amr bil Ma'roof) and forbidding the bad deeds (Nahy an al-Munqar) is comprehending my saying (regarding Imam Ali ع), conveying it to whoever is not present, urging him to accept it, and advising him against violating it, for it is an order from Allah, the mighty and the majestic, and from me. There is no (value or effect for) enjoining (other) righteous deeds and forbidding the bad deeds except with (the recognition of) an Imam."

From the last sermon of the Prophet (ص) at Ghadeer:
"His (Imam Ali's ع) decision/Judgement is to be carried out, His saying is to be accepted as a legal ruling and His commands have to be carried out."
"Cursed is the one who opposes Him, blessed is the one who follows Him, Believer is the one who accepts Him"
ماض حكمه، جائز قوله، نافذ أمره ملعون من خالفه، مرحوم من تبعه، مؤمن من صدقه
Sermon of Prophet (s.a.w.a.) in Ghadeer for all Muslims till the Day of Judgment:
Ali (a.s.) is from me and I am from Ali (a.s.)

From a Ziyarat of Imam Ali (ع):
“Allah's curse be on those who Killed you. Allah's curse be on those who opposed you. Allah's curse be on those who attributed lies against you and oppressed you. Allah's curse be on those who usurped your rights and those who heard about it and were pleased with it.”
لعن الله من قتلك ولا لعن الله من خالفك ولعن الله من افترى عليك وظلمك ولعن الله من غصبك حقك و من بلغ وذلك فرضى به
“Allah’s curse be on those who opposed you, on those that denied your Wilayat, on those that rebelled against you, on those that killed you and on those that deviated from you and abandoned you.”
لعن الله أمة خالفتك و أمة جحدت ولايتك و أمة تظاهرت عليك و أمة قتلتك و أمة حادت عنك و خذلتك

Imam Sadiq (a.s.) –
The first question for the servant when he stands in front of Allah, the Almighty, is related to obligatory prayers, zakat, obligatory fasting, Hajj and our Mastership of Ahle Bait (a.s.). Then if one accepts our Mastership and dies with it, then his prayers, fasting, zakat and Hajj are accepted. But if he does not accept our Mastership near Allah, the Almighty, then no worship is accepted.
